white rolled-edge border and an orange background. The patch was
distributed
by the "Portage Chapter OA" (which was stitched in white) to
individuals
who completed the "1968 Winter Skill Instructor Training" (also
stitched
in white). The center of the patch features a red arrow pointing up to
the
left across two horizontal green bars (dripping with ice). |
